I am about to open my catering service and I really had a hard time looking for top quality cutleries, good for me I found Shun knives. My favorite to all the shun knives I bought was that of the shun mandolin. It really makes it easy for me to slice on hard vegetables and fruits. Since it is my first time on this kind of business, I really want to make all things in proper. My first catering service was my friend’s birthday party. She was amazed of how I made things in a good shape. The foods are good, because for all we know, the cuts, slices and chops, that we do in our foods can actually affect the taste of the dish that we are cooking. Shun mandolin is really expensive but I never regret of having it because its quality is real good. It really pleases me every time I am using it.
